Waiting at the cliff for others to jump with! I'm an earthling attempting to live a sane, sustainable, and happy life. I consider my self a Suburban Refugee. I left modern Western culture about 22 years to figure out how to live in a way that is in alignment with my values, my spirit, the earth, and my deepest human nature.

I've come an amazingly long way and am now feeling very confident about what I'm doing, how I'm doing it, and am very grateful to have a core of family, land, and other support to manifest my dreams.

I'm fully living my life's mission with almost no distraction. I've very pleased about this.

My mission is to create a sustainable and holistic world through landancing, sharing my music, and husbanding my people. (Landancing is a word I coined meaning doing work/projects on the land). I have co-founded a community, GaiaYoga Gardens, developed a practical and cohesive cultural vision (the GaiaYoga teaching), and am raising my children here in this new cultural vision.

I have written 2 books, Instinctive Eating: The Lost Knowledge of Optimum Nutrition, and the booklet, An Introduction to GaiaYoga: A Holistic Vision for Living Sustainably as Spirit, Self, Community, and Earth. I am almost done with my latest book -- True Human Freedom: The Inspiration and Argument for GaiaYoga Culture.

I have written over 100 songs in the last 25 years, and am all but finished with my first professional studio album. The name of my band is Nagdeo, and the name of the first album is Living The Dream(s).

I run a farmer's market booth every Sunday selling tropical plants, coconuts for drinking, organic tropical fruits, natural rubber slippers, and homesteading tools.

I am looking for more people to join our community.

I'm also in a men's group the ManKind Project (MKP) which has made a huge difference in my life.
