I’m in a non monogamous long term relationship with a woman who is 18 years younger than I am. We have been non monogamous for all of our relationship although I haven’t seen anyone else for some years now. She chooses not to date anyone else. She is actively encouraging me to meet new women and see if I can develop a relationship of some kind. She is very supportive of any relationship that I might have with another woman, including me scheduling time for someone I’m in a relationship with including travel and overnights. I have loved two women at the same time before and I know that I can do that again in the right relationship with the right woman.
